Five & Dime Eatery.

Gmorning indeed.

Finally having the blogging vibe, with a whole lot of things to blog about. Do not even ask why I'm up at 6.45am with only 3hours of sleep. God. 

So, anyway the Makansutra is back hahaha. Came up with a list of cafes that i'd love to visit soon :) Shall upload a picture of it as soon as i'm done with the list. Spent my afternoon lazing at home, met the boy to clear up some things then off to meet biffie. Initially wanted to give Group Therapy a try, but it was closed when we reached. Decided to head down to Five & Dime instead. As usual, we walked aaaaaaaaa lot whenever we're together. Took a bus down to Chinatown but we alighted a stop early, which means more walking but the decorations were really pretty! All the beautiful lanterns and a full moon!

Fatty biffie wanted to get BBQ pork so we walked allllllllllll the way down to people's park, which ended up with both of us with a bag each cos she always make me do things that's against my will. WITHOUT FAIL. Walked back to pearl centre after realising people's park didn't have bus 54. So after close to another hour or so of waiting for the bus, searching high and low for the store, realising we alighted a stop earlier again, we finally found it! Was so close to giving up.

There wasn't much people probably since it was a Sunday and it was around 9 going 10pm when we reached? A rather small cafe but it was real cozy! After much consideration, i decided to go with the mentaiko pasta, as i remembered someone recommended it, over the pork belly. Didn't wanna end up with crappy food like always with the biffie -_- Oh, got ourselves a cup of iced cafe mocha and ice chocolate each too.

Ordered supposedly clam chowder soup, but it didn't exactly tasted like one. Biffie said it tasted like mushroom soup? 

Pictures of my pasta & biffie's rack of lamb below. And boy am i glad to say i chose the right food this time round! Both tasted awesome, the bill too hahaha.

Took bus 54 all the way back to Bishan aftermath. Realised that i'll always run out of breath talking to biffie. Too much to talk about haha. :') Took a picture of the bus stop number for future reference incase i ever wanna go back. (Take bus till Bef AA Ctr, River Valley Road!!!!!!!!!!!!!!)

Was a great catchup session after i came back from Bangkok with the girls! Shall blog about it soon~ 

Feels strange that i'm back to blogging, and the way this post is structured is so unlike me. Oh well. I'll be back with more posts! Till then.
